Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Salonis. Kept short and in plain language on purpose.

Zuletzt aktualisiert: 7 August 2026

1. What Salonis does

Salonis provides online appointment booking software for salons and wellness professionals. We provide the software; we are not a party to the appointment itself. The service between a salon and its client is a matter between them.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

3. Who may use Salonis

Salonis is built for hair, beauty and wellness businesses. It is not intended for healthcare providers — doctors, dentists, physiotherapists and others bound by professional secrecy under Article 321 of the Swiss Criminal Code — because appointment records in those settings are health data and carry obligations this product is not designed to meet. Please do not use Salonis for that.

4. Payment between salon and client

Salonis does not process payments. Clients pay the salon directly, in person. Prices shown are the salon's own, and any dispute about money, service quality or a missed appointment is between the client and the salon.

5. Cancellations and no-shows

Each salon sets its own cancellation practice. Salonis records cancellations and no-shows but does not enforce fees or penalties on anyone's behalf.

6. Your data

The data you put into Salonis remains yours. We handle it as described in our Privacy policy. You can export it or ask us to delete it at any time. As a salon, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold your clients' details and for telling them how you use them.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Salonis to break the law, to send unsolicited marketing, to impersonate someone, to upload content you have no right to, or to attempt to access other users' data. We may suspend an account that does.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Salonis running but do not promise uninterrupted service. It is provided as it is, without warranty. During early access in particular, expect occasional maintenance and change.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Salonis is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost bookings or lost revenue. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Ending the agreement

You may stop using Salonis and close your account whenever you like. We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice where it is reasonable to give it. On closure you can export your data first.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, account holders will be notified by email before it takes effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes fall to the ordinary courts at our registered seat, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules give you the right to sue where you live.
